Data We Collect

Limited account and assessment-related information required to operate the platform and generate results.

Data Access & Control

Assessment data is visible only to the account owner and authorized administrators. Administrative actions are audited.

Data Usage

PreRisk does not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. Information is used solely to provide security readiness insights and operate the service.

Payments & Service Providers

Payments are processed through Razorpay. PreRisk stores payment references, assessment access status, gross amounts, currency, and refund status for accounting and support. We do not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials. Currency conversion may be used to create INR checkout orders from the fixed USD AI guidance price.

AI Processing

AI guidance is generated only for completed assessment gaps when a user chooses to unlock AI guidance. Generated guidance is cached for the same assessment so it can be viewed again without another AI request or payment.

Advertising & Cookies

Public informational pages may use Google advertising services, including Google AdSense, when ads are enabled. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and improve ads. Ads are not intended for private account areas such as dashboards, assessments, payment pages, or PDF report downloads. You can learn how Google uses data from sites or apps that use its services at Google's partner sites policy.
